Armscor .22 rf for the US market is manufactured in the US. (Arnscor probably also manufacture .22 rf ammo for some other brands, under contracts, sometimes). My experiences with Armscor ammo, in different cf calibers, and .22 rf are ok, on par.

Might not be any taxes in you state unless they have a brick & mortar store in it, then most places make you pay state taxes no matter where it is Can't say I've ever used any ARMSCOR .22 except some .22 Mag years ago, I had no problems with it. They say some of their ammo is made here in the USA.

My verdict is in. OUTSTANDING! Went through 400 rounds with my P226 .22LR. It's the most finicky 22 I own. It eats Mini Mags and Velocitors well.
I got 500 rounds of armscor 22lr ammo cheap. The Federal ammo is about $1.00/box more. Armscor 125 gr. 1875 fps muzzle velocity, 984 ft. lb. muzzle energy.
